Job Description

:Primarily the candidate should be able to understand and solve issues independently in easy to medrately difficult issues. Should have good problem solving and analytical skills.Minimum of 1-3 years as a JD Edwards Functional Consultant (E1 9.0 and higher).
Expertise in the core financial modules including General Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets, Multi-Currency, Job/Project Costing, Manufacturing Accounting, Advanced Cost Accounting, Job Costing, and Expense Management.
Configuring the finance set up like, Company, Business Units, Chart of accounts , setting up , Automatic Accounting Instructions. Setting up Supplier, Customer & Employee Address Book and master information.
Creation of various Menus & versions of applications as per user requirement
Involved in Test, CRP (Conference Room Pilot) & ICRP environment.
Coordination with the Technical team for the object development
Data migration process
Preparation of Set up Manual , User Manuals and User training on various modules of Finance (GL , AP , AR & FA )Skills:

• Has the required level of knowledge in using the tools and technology.
• Independently uses the tools and technology most of the times and may require little guidance when needed
• Assists clients in the selection, implementation, and support of JDE Financials modules (including AR, AP, Fin Planning, Fixed Assets, GL, Expense Management, etc).
• This role uses consulting skills, business knowledge, and packaged solution expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into the clients business environment in order to achieve client expected business results
• Ability to drive workshops, obtain requirements & perform gap analysis, create design, prepare & execute testing & data conversion
• Builds relationships to solve problems
• Consistently goes extra mile to get things done
• Respects everyone and pro-actively collaborates with team members
