About Us: ZineOne, a subsidiary of Session AI (https://www.sessionai.com/), the pioneer of in-session marketing, is paving a more effective path forward for eCommerce. We take the application of real-time analytics for all active users on digital properties with the intention of understanding micro-behaviors in order to drive conversions. We closed our series C funding with SignalFire and are looking for top talent to grow with us. We are based out of Milpitas, California, with an India centre in Mumbai. Role Overview : We are looking for highly motivated solution engineers who have an ideal blend of technical chops and people skills. Together, we want to build solutions that grow revenue for global brands and large enterprises. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in the digital marketing landscape to understand the personalization of customer experiences, have the skills to develop solutions by writing code in Javascript, HTML5, iOS or Android, and the curiosity to analyze test data and understand the value of those solutions. Key Responsibilities: As a solution engineer, you will be responsible for the design and implementation of customer use cases on the ZineOne platform. Your day-to-day responsibilities will be to: Write and debug clean, scalable JavaScript code Help our customers achieve maximum value from our products Facilitate excellent experience for our customers Communicate professionally in meetings, emails, standup calls, and JIRA Troubleshoot and analyze complex issues related to JavaScript Tags, calls to APIs, event listeners and methods in front-end app code Identify causes for variances in data collection, present recommendations on technical issues & develop best practices Manage and prioritize workload to provide on-time completion of tasks Key Skills JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AJAX, front-end frameworks or experience in mobile frameworks (iOS / Android) or other coding languages Experience with digital marketing and tag management Familiarity with tools such as Chrome Debugger, Charles Proxy, Firebug, mobile debugging, various BI tools, databases, and SQL languages Experience in digital marketing and web analytics products such as Omniture / Adobe Analytics and GTM / Google Analytics Ancillary Skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Education and Qualification 0 - 3 years of experience Engineering Degree in Computer Science/ IT/ Electronics & Telecommunication
