Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain Java and Groovy applications, with a focus on Grails framework. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship high-quality software solutions. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application code to ensure performance and reliability. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging technologies to enhance development processes. Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including planning, coding, testing, and deployment. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Proven experience as a Java/Groovy Developer with at least 7 years of hands-on development experience. Solid understanding of Java and Groovy programming languages. Experience with the Grails framework is essential. Strong knowledge of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Familiarity with database design and management (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL). Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Effective communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
