We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist.

In this role, you will:

• Monitor and troubleshoot systems using Grafana, Prometheus, Alert manager, and Cloud Watch to ensure high availability, performance, and reliability.
• Design, build, maintain Grafana dashboard and enhance existing Grafana dashboards.
• Gather and analyse old metrics to improve performance tuning and fault finding.
• Design, build, and maintain highly available and scalable systems on AWS Cloud platform using Kubernetes, Terraform, and other related tools.
• Develop and maintain automation and deployment pipelines using Jenkins, Argo CD, and other DevOps tools.
• Participate in on-call rotation and provide out of hours SME support during major issues and releases.
• Develop and maintain documentation, known issues, bugs, including runbooks, playbooks etc.
• Identify and mitigate security risks and vulnerabilities and implement security best practices.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, infrastructure design, and operations.
• Experience in deploying and supporting highly available and scalable systems on AWS Cloud using Kubernetes, Terraform, and other related tools.
• Experience in deployment pipelines using Jenkins/Ansible Argo CD and other DevOps tools.
• Strong understanding of security principles, vulnerabilities, mitigation strategies & best practices.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, and ability to work effectively in a team environment, Good understanding of Private Banking Domain
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills. Handling specific issues / queries from projects and POD members and be able to work in Agile/DevOps environment
• Self-motivated with the ability to think, and act, independently and able to work under pressure to meet project deadlines
• Must be able to multi-task and be able to priorities effectively
