About the Role:

SpireHub Softwares Pvt Ltd is seeking a

Senior Java Web Developer

with a passion for clean, efficient, and scalable code. You will be a key contributor in the design and development of our distributed application systems, working on microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and cross-functional platforms in a fast-paced Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Take ownership of

technical design, development

, and

documentation

for multi-platform application systems. Develop robust

backend components and features

using Java, Spring, Spring Boot, and Microservices. Create, test, and manage

API integrations

with external and internal systems. Work on

UI uplift, app engine migration

, and building scalable

new platforms

. Utilize

MongoDB

and relational databases like Oracle or SQL Server for database management. Write and optimize

SQL queries, stored procedures

, and handle transaction management. Implement and maintain

job schedulers

like

Spring Batch

for scheduled API operations. Conduct

unit testing (JUnit), integration testing

, and performance monitoring. Collaborate closely with

product teams, architects

, and cross-functional developers. Contribute to an Agile workflow with

Scrum ceremonies

: planning, daily standups, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Actively suggest and implement

product enhancements and workflow improvements

. Build and nurture strong

client relationships

to translate their needs into technical solutions. Provide ongoing

support, enhancements

, and

client-focused banking solutions

.

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 5 years

of experience in Java development. Strong hands-on experience with

Spring Framework, Spring Boot

, and

Microservices architecture

. Proficiency in working with

REST APIs

and

inter-process communication

. Deep knowledge of

MongoDB

and

relational databases

like Oracle or SQL Server. Strong command over

SQL

,

transaction management

, and

stored procedures

. Experience in

CI/CD pipelines

,

Git

, and

best practices

in development and release management. Experience in

Spring Batch

or similar job schedulers. Prior involvement in

UI uplift

application migration

, and

platform development

projects. Solid knowledge of

performance analysis

tools. Familiarity with

process.
