Java Trainer
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Training Delivery: Conduct Java training sessions for various audiences, including beginners, intermediate, and advanced learners. Develop and deliver training materials, including presentations, exercises, and assessments.
• Curriculum Development: Design and update training programs and materials to ensure they are current with industry standards and best practices. Customize training content based on the needs of the participants.
• Instructional Support: Provide hands-on guidance and support to learners during training sessions. Address questions and troubleshoot issues related to Java programming.
• Assessment and Evaluation: Develop and administer assessments to evaluate participants' understanding and progress. Provide constructive feedback and support to help learners achieve their goals.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest Java technologies and trends. Continuously improve training methods and materials based on feedback and industry developments.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other trainers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals and training objectives

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?12,000.00 per month
