Roles and Responsibilities \xe2\x80\x93 Java Trainer Role : We are looking for an enthusiastic Java / Technical Trainer to educate people in a technological field. You will utilize available online e-learning module as well as develop technical training programs and help others develop skills that will make them full-fledged Full-Stack developers. Java / Technical trainers must be extremely knowledgeable in their field of expertise and possess solid technical aptitude. Additionally, we expect you to be an excellent communicator, able to explain complex subjects in a clear and interesting way. The goal is to contribute to the development of people\xe2\x80\x99s technical/ IT-skills to be job-ready and be able to launch their career. Implementation Responsibilities: -Devise technical training programs as per de\xee\x80\x81ned pedagogy. -Produce training schedules and classroom agenda and execute training sessions, webinars, workshops etc. -Devise technical training programs according to learners\xe2\x80\x99 requirements. -Produce training schedules and classroom agenda. -Determine course content according to objectives. -Prepare training material (presentations, worksheets etc.) -Execute training sessions, webinars, workshops etc. in groups or individually. -Arrange for and conduct on-site training when needed. -Evaluates training by evaluating effectiveness of training. -Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications. -Take full responsibility and run Stack-Route programs to mentor learning in either in-person programs or remote programs. -Shepherd the technical discussions/sessions thru live problem-solving. -Mentor learners to build and release web applications on chosen full-stack technology. -Strong project management skills with the ability to supervise multiple projects. -Problem solving ability and conduct refresher sessions for the Learner/ Stay whenever necessary. -Conduct regular feedback sessions with trainee members and maintain training documents /or material as per institutional requirements. -Conduct competitive analysis of other Training Programmers that operate in the same space. -Prepare customer analyses based on our target demographic and initial transactions. -Ability to strictly adhere to brand guidelines. -Track usability goals and prepare reports for senior management. -Learning on the job and explore new paradigms with little supervision. -Communicate effectively inside and outside of the organiza\xee\x80\x80on. -Tweak, redesign, experiment, explore new ideas, try, fail, succeed, learn, and continuously integrate. -Staying up to date on the design paradigms and approaches to build compelling systems. -Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and endings. -Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts. -Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-func\xee\x80\x80onal team members and management. -Execute the project based on a de\xee\x80\x81ned need - results in a detailed scope/budget/schedule baseline. -Collaborating with the team to build an environment of collective responsibility and accountability. -Collaborating with the leadership to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals.
