Job Summary: - We are seeking an experienced Java Trainer to design, develop, and deliver effective training programs for learners across various modes, including classroom, online, and hybrid. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of Java, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create engaging content tailored to the needs of a diverse audience. The trainer will collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure successful learning outcomes, manage content, and measure training effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:-

1. The Trainer will be responsible for taking batches of complete Java Full Stack that includes,

Core Java, Advanced Java and Frameworks with Latest Tools, both beginner and experienced professionals.

2. Keep self-updated with the latest technologies and frameworks related to Java full-stack

Development and incorporate them into the training curriculum.

3. Keep a track of progress of the learners and submit timely information to the management when requested from time to time.

4. Developing questions for the purpose of Assignments, Practice Questions, and Test Papers, Daily Practice Worksheets etc.

5. Establish training modules and ensure the understanding of learners with case studies,

Assessments, and hands-on sessions.

6. Previous experience in remote or online training is a plus.

7. Interest in teaching and a passion for helping students succeed.

8. Ability to conduct offline classes at our training institute.

9. Experience in preparing course materials and delivering effective lectures.

10. Must be proficient in Core Java, J2EE, JSP, Servlet, JavaScript, HTML5, jQuery, CSS3, Ajax, Angular, React JS, REST

11. Experience in Struts 2.0/Spring 5.0 frameworks and above

12. Should have worked in Webserver/Application Server usage

13. Must have good communication and delivery skills.
