Job Overview

We are hiring a Java Technical Lead with 7 to 10 years of experience to join our team at CIAR Software Solutions Pvt Ltd. As a Java Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions. The job is based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India and is a full-time position.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science or a related field
• 7 to 15 years of experience in Java development, with hands-on experience in designing and developing enterprise-level applications
• Strong knowledge of Java programming language and related frameworks (e.g., Spring, Hibernate)
• Experience with front-end technologies such as Angular and Node.js
• Proficiency in database management systems, such as MySQL
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Experience in the food or hospitality industry is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead a team of developers in designing, developing, and implementing high-quality Java software solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, business analysts, and quality assurance engineers, to ensure successful project delivery
• Mentor and guide team members, providing technical expertise and support
• Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and provide recommendations for improvement
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our software development processes and methodologies
