Write well-designed, testable, efficient code execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications Prepare and produce releases of software components Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review Designing and implementing Java-based applications Debugging and resolving technical problems that arise Recommending changes to existing Java infrastructure Supports team manager and performs management duties when manager is absent or out of office. Provides encouragement to team members, including communicating team goals and identifying areas for new training or skill checks. Delegating tasks to team members. Empowering team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills. Communicates with the team to meet the deadlines. Develops strategies to promote team member adherence to company regulations and performance goals. Required Skills BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject Proven hands-on Software Development experience Proven working experience in Java and Java EE platforms development Object-oriented analysis and design using common design patterns. Profound insight of Java and JEE internals (Classloading, Memory Management, Transaction management, etc) Excellent knowledge of Relational Databases, SQL, and ORM technologies (JPA2, Hibernate) Experience in the Spring Framework Experience as a Sun Certified Java Developer Experience in developing web applications using at least one popular web framework (JSF, Wicket, GWT, Spring MVC) Experience with test-driven development Experience with Team Leadership Strong Oral and Written Communication Skills Strong organizational skills to give the team directions Nice To Have Experience as a Sun Certified Java Developer Mail Your Cv at [HIDDEN TEXT]
