- Experience: 8+ years of experience in Java and Oracle-based software development and support projects.
- Team Leadership: Demonstrated experience as a Team Lead on at least two major software support projects.
- Certifications: SCJP (Sun Certified Java Programmer) or OCJP (Oracle Certified Java Programmer) certification is required.
- Education: Bachelor\'s degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech), Master\'s in Computer Applications (MCA), or MBA.
- Strong technical expertise in Java and Oracle technologies.
- Ability to manage and lead a team effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to project management.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
