Job Description

o Analyzing user requirements, envisioning system features and functionality. o Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Java codes by setting expectations and features priorities throughout development life cycle o Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and recommend system solutions by comparing advantages and disadvantages of custom development o Contributing to team meetings, troubleshooting development and production problems across multiple environments and operating platforms o Understand Architecture Requirements and ensure effective Design, Development, Validation and Support activities

o Primary skills:Java, Springboot, Microservices, JSP, JDBC, J2EE, Struts, Spring, Hibernate o Min. 3 years of relevant experience o In-depth knowledge of design issues and best practices o Solid understanding of object-oriented programming o Familiar with various design, architectural patterns and software development process. o Experience with both external and embedded databases o Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes o Implementing automated testing platforms and unit tests

o Knowledge of design principles and fundamentals of architecture o Understanding of performance engineering o Knowledge of quality processes and estimation techniques o Basic understanding of project domain o Ability to translate functional / nonfunctional requirements to systems requirements o Ability to design and code complex programs o Ability to write test cases and scenarios based on the specifications o Good understanding of SDLC and agile methodologies o Awareness of latest technologies and trends o Logical thinking and problem solving skills along with an ability to collaborate o Good verbal and written communication skills o Ability to communicate with remote teams in effective manner
