We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Lead Consultant Specialist.


In this role, you will:


• Lead a POD of Java Developers, Dev Ops and Cloud Engineers, BA, and Testers.
• Ensure compliance with design principles, including microservices, cloud native architectures.
• Engage with Architects/Product owners to oversee workflow, design, and development of complex applications.
• Lead the projects from initiation to closure until business outcomes are achieved.
• Drive the cultural change towards automation first thinking across the teams.
• Ensure development of high quality, efficient, and scalable java-based solution by integrating automation across all phases of the project. Ensure OKRs in terms of release cadence, incidents, PDPTPPY, LTTD, etc are met.
• Represent functional aspects of External Entity data/KYC space in multiple initiatives / forums / hackathons, etc.
• Engage with senior Business and IT stakeholders of multiple GB / GFs. Demonstrate the solution capabilities and maximize on adoption within the Bank by cross-selling to multiple GB / GFs
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:


• Candidate must have a strong functional background in Banking industry. Must be a leader, who understands current industry trends and take actions to align the project in that direction.
• A strong negotiator who understands what Business wants and how it can be delivered with the project constrains.
• Candidate must be able to develop APIs and services that ensure seamless integration between systems in a distributed architecture and optimize microservices for performance, scalability, and fault tolerance.
• Candidate must be able to automate customer onboarding and identity verification workflows using microservices and implement secure storage and handling of customer data in compliance with GDPR and similar regulations.
• Must have strong and proven PPT skills, important to design contextual decks and present to senior stakeholders. Must be able to advocate for test-driven development (TDD) and behavior-driven development (BDD).
• Automate application performance monitoring and alerting systems using tools like AppDynamics, Grafana, or ELK Stack. Jenkins Pipeline, Docker, Kubernetes, Ansible Automation platform, Git, GitHub, shell/python scripts and Linux Fundamentals
• Continuously identify bottlenecks and opportunities to improve workflows through automation. Expertise in cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure, with automation in provisioning and scaling.
• Design scalable data storage solutions for handling customer data, leveraging databases like MongoDB, Cassandra, or PostgreSQL. Proficiency with security standards, including DSP, OAuth2, OpenID Connect, and JWT for authentication and authorization.
