We are hiring for a MNC Company for the Role of Java Production Support Engineer

Job Location: Bangalore

Shift: Rotational Shift ( Monday- Friday)

Blazeclan Technologies is seeking experienced and highly skilled Java Production Support Engineers to join our Level 2 Application Support team. The role requires strong hands-on experience with Core Java, containerization, and microservices, along with expertise in RESTful APIs and distributed systems. Candidates with experience in the banking domain or Fintech products are highly preferred. The role also demands familiarity with observability tools such as Dynatrace and proficiency in AWS cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Application Support: Provide 24x7 support for HDFC NetBanking, ensuring high availability and optimal performance.
• Issue Resolution: Proactively detect, troubleshoot, triage, and resolve major and critical issues. Collaborate closely with Product Owners (PO), QA teams, and other stakeholders.
• Subject Matter Expertise (SME): Lead the effort in debugging, issue analysis, and troubleshooting, providing deep technical expertise.
• Documentation: Create and maintain guidance documentation, standards, and procedures for Level 2 teams. Ensure that all troubleshooting steps are documented in HDFC's Knowledge Error Database (KEDB) to improve response times.
• Incident Management: Manage incident and problem resolution processes to minimize downtime and maintain service quality.
• API Troubleshooting: Design, develop, and support scalable backend systems and RESTful APIs.
• Performance Optimization: Optimize application performance and ensure scalability to meet growing user demands.
• Web Services Architecture: Develop, publish, and consume web services using SOAP and RESTful technologies.
• Workflow Development: Understand and develop workflows for exposing web services. Key Qualifications: o

Technical Skills:

o Languages & Frameworks: Java 8/9, J2EE, JSP, JDBC, JavaScript, XML, JSON

o Databases & Storage: MySQL, Elasticsearch

o Technologies: Containerization, Microservices, Spring Boot

o Web Services: SOAP and RESTful services, Web Services Architecture design and development

o Additional Skills:

Kubernetes, Cloud Platforms (AWS), DevOps practices, RESTful APIs, Monitoring tools like Dynatrace

o Relational Database:

MySQL

o Preferred Experience:

o Domain: Experience in the banking domain or Fintech products

o Strong understanding of cloud platforms, containerization, distributed systems, performance optimization, and observability practices.
