We are seeking a passionate and experienced Java Mentor to join our team at Careerpedia Edutech Pvt. Ltd. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of professional experience in Java development and a strong desire to mentor and guide aspiring Java developers.

Responsibilities:

• Mentor and coach students enrolled in our Java development programs.
• Design and deliver engaging and interactive learning experiences that cater to a diverse range of learning styles.
• Provide one-on-one guidance and support to students to help them overcome challenges and achieve their learning goals.
• Develop and maintain up-to-date curriculum materials, including lectures, assignments, and assessments.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in Java development to ensure the relevance and effectiveness of our programs.
• Collaborate with the curriculum development team to continuously improve and enhance our Java development courses.
• Participate in regular team meetings and professional development activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1 - 2 years of professional experience in Java development.
• Strong proficiency in Java programming language and related technologies (e.g., Spring Framework, Hibernate).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively explain complex concepts to students.
• Previous experience in mentoring or teaching Java development is preferred but not required.
• Passion for education and a genuine desire to help others succeed in their careers.
