Job Description
We are hiring for Java Instructors in Pune. Looking for somebody who has 2 to 3yrs of experience in teaching Java. Its 8hours shift but its flexible (morning 4hrs, evening 4hrs teacher can manage according to him/her).
Responsibilites Ensuring students understand the concepts well Giving them doubt clearing session Hands on training on concepts Weekly Test session to evaluate the progress We are looking for passionate and highly skilled Trainers to be part of our team. - He/she is expected to have a thorough knowledge of the subject matter. - Expected to be comfortable with online training. - Expected to have excellent communication skills. - Expected to evaluate candidates on a regular basis through tests and mock practices. - Expected to follow standard course content. Freelancers, Candidates working on an hourly basis are welcome. - Prior experience as a trainer or a similar position. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability to identify gaps in skills. - Knowledge of various teaching methods and approaches. - Excellent organizational skills.
