:Role Summary:UST is seeking a highly experienced and passionate JAVA Lead to join our team, supporting a key healthcare customer in the US. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Java development, strong experience in platform integration, and an understanding of healthcare systems. This role requires hands-on leadership to deliver robust integration solutions in a fast-paced, agile environment.Roles and Responsibilities:Lead the design and development of enterprise integration solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and Apache Camel.Collaborate with managers and stakeholders to understand requirements and drive technical solutions.Own and lead platform integration initiatives across multiple technology stacks.Ensure timely reporting of project progress and risks to the integration lead.Facilitate smooth coordination with onshore and offshore teams for requirement clarifications and solution delivery.Ensure adherence to agile processes and sprint goals, contributing to sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.Maintain high-quality code standards and ensure proper documentation is in place.Mentor junior developers and contribute to building a strong and cohesive team.Must-Have Skills:10+ years of overall IT experience with 8+ years in Core Java development.Minimum 4+ years of experience in platform integration projects.Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Spring Boot and Apache Camel.Proficiency in designing and implementing RESTful and SOAP APIs.Solid understanding of agile software development methodologies.Prior experience in leading cross-functional development teams.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Good-to-Have Skills:Prior experience working in the US healthcare payer domain (Enrollment, Claims, Payments).Familiarity with Edifecs or similar healthcare data exchange platforms.Working knowledge of database systems and interface data mapping.Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.Understanding of security protocols and compliance in healthcare integrations.Educational Qualification:Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Additional Comments (for internal reference or candidate briefing):Strong preference for candidates with US healthcare payer experience.This role demands a self-driven, adaptable leader who can manage delivery in a dynamic environment.The selected candidate must be capable of taking end-to-end ownership of integration solutions spanning multiple tech stacks.Ideal for someone who thrives in client-facing roles and can seamlessly bridge the gap between business and technical teams.Skills:java,Microservices,Spring Boot,ImplementationAbout Company:UST is a global digital transformation solutions provider.
