We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Lead Consultant Specialist

In this role, you will:

• Be the Scrum Master/Team Lead for Global Payments Solution ACH team
• Work closely with delivery pods and expedite impediment resolution
• Have good understanding of technologies like Java, microservices, Kafka, Kubernetes and Oracle
• Have good understanding of Production Support framework, process and tools like Service Now, Confluence and JIRA
• Manage senior stakeholders and carry out daily/weekly/monthly reporting
• Demonstrate strong communication skills and should be able to handle difficult situations
• Act as technical subject matter experts for the team to resolve their technical issues/blockers/queries
• Subject Matter Expert for payment processing platform (Low Value Payment System) for the product enhancement
• Work collaboratively with multiple technology and business teams.
• Work with culturally diverse global teams across time zones

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• 14+ years of experience in IT industry. Certified Scrum Master will be preferred.
• Good understanding of Java, Kafka, Kubernetes, Database, Unix, message queue, Oracle, GRPC and microservices. Preferably has worked as a developer in Financial Services sector
• Programming Languages Java, PL-SQL, SQL, Unix Scripting. Agility to upscale on new technologies
• Problem solving approach to best fit the requirement. Never shy down from getting hands on
• Hands-on experience in reading application traces and share root cause analysis. Hands on working experience on deployment over Kubernetes and GCP cloud
• Should be open to work in shift and on weekend, based on ROTA. Strong sense of ownership and problem solving attitude
• Manage the stakeholders communication. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience of tools like Service Now, Confluence, JIRA, Microsoft Office
