Position Title: Full Stack Trainer

Location: Vizag, Hyderabad and Vijayawada

Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Full Stack Trainer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of both front-end and back-end development technologies, a passion for teaching, and the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to students of varying skill levels. The Full Stack Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive training programs, mentoring students, and ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills to excel in the tech industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Training Delivery: Conduct engaging and effective training sessions on full stack development, covering both front-end and back-end technologies.

Curriculum Development: Design, update, and improve training materials, including lesson plans, slide decks, hands-on labs, and coding exercises.

Student Assessment: Develop and administer assessments to evaluate student progress and understanding. Provide constructive feedback to help students improve.

Mentoring: Offer one-on-one mentorship and support to students, guiding them through their learning journey and career development.

Industry Relevance: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in full stack development. Integrate this knowledge into the training programs.

Collaboration: Work closely with other trainers, instructional designers, and the administrative team to ensure a cohesive and high-quality training experience.

Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback from students and use it to continuously improve the training programs and materials.

Technical Support: Assist students with technical issues and troubleshooting during training sessions and projects.

Required Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.

Experience: Minimum of 1-5 years of professional experience in full stack development.

Technical Skills:

- Front-End: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.

- Back-End: Node.js, Express.js, databases (SQL and NoSQL), RESTful APIs.

- Other: Version control systems (Git), DevOps practices, containerization (Docker), and cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Teaching Experience: Prior experience in teaching, training, or mentoring in a formal or informal setting is highly desirable.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and understandably.

Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with students from diverse backgrounds.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications: Relevant industry certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Developer, Certified JavaScript Developer).

Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, creativity, and a passion for continuous learning and professional development.

Work Environment:

Schedule: Flexible working hours with the possibility of evening or weekend sessions to accommodate student schedules.

Travel: Occasional travel may be required for workshops, conferences, or training sessions.
