We are looking for someone who can:
implement and deliver high quality software solutions / components for the Firmwide Stress Testing Models.

• analyze business requirements, design implementable technical solutions that leverage process and development best practice
• demonstrate superior collaboration skills in working closely with other development, testing and implementation teams to roll-out important regulatory and business improvement programs.
• leverage his/her expertise to mentor and lead developers; review code/designs and ensure adherence to standards.
• play a key role in platform modernization while continuously improving the existing systems

UBS RecruitingYour teamIn our agile operating model, crews are aligned to larger products and services fulfilling client needs and encompass multiple autonomous pods. You\'ll be working in the Firmwide Stress Testing team in Pune/Mumbai focusing on, Building model services on cloud platform.Your expertise

• Experience of 9+ years working in Backend Development and Microservices using Java Spring Boot, J2EE, REST for implementing projects with high SLA of data availability and data quality. In-depth experience in high volume and high performance, scalable application design experience with Java/J2EE is essential.
• Experience of building cloud ready and migrating applications using Azure and understanding of the Azure Native Cloud services, software design and enterprise integration patterns.
• Knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL (Oracle) and UNIX, writing queries, packages, working with joins, partitions, looking at execution plans, and tuning queries.
• Experience using DevOps toolsets like GitLab, Jenkins, TDD/BDD tools like PyTest , Cucumber.
• Hands-on experience working with build tools like Maven/Gradle.
• Experience of working on Kubernetes / OpenShift, Containerization (Docker, Podman or Similar), Cloud Native technologies and frameworks (e.g. Spring Boot).
• Very good analytical and development skills and the ability to grasp complex business or technical issues in a structured and efficient manner.
