• Liaise with various stakeholders & technical lead to ensure that business requirements are fully understood before commencing design and development.
• Forward thinking for new technologies and required accessibility.
• Bing as a part of Agile POD, Guide developers in implementing best-of-breed technical solutions based on agreed technical design, adopting industry standard development patterns and methodologies (including continuous integration and automated unit and integration testing)
• Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments, and clear code.
• Assist with and help to improve the deployment of components to all environments.
• Build and maintain positive and objective relationships with IT stakeholders, business operations teams, stakeholder programmes of change, Product Owners, pod members.
• Should be able to handle individual task with minimum supervision.
• Should be able to do deployment and troubleshooting.

RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Around 8 + years of experience of project delivery using Agile or Iterative methodologies and frameworks; DevOps.
• Must have strong experience in Devops tools like Jenkins, Ansible, JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow, Git, Nexus.
• Experienced in Branching, Merging, Tagging and maintaining the version across the environments using SCM tools like GITHub.
• Defining and setting development, test, release, update, and support processes for DevOps operation. Strive for continuous improvement and build continuous integration, continuous development, and constant deployment pipeline (CI/CD Pipeline)
• Scripting (shell, python, ruby) skills for monitoring and automation, Experience in managing Linux based infrastructure.
• Experience working with Oracle, Java, Application Server. Excellent troubleshooting, working knowledge of various tools, open-source technologies, troubleshooting, Awareness of critical concepts of Agile principles.
• Should take care of Team leading and team building activities.Strong communication skills. Added advantage Aware of change management, release management process.
• Graduate or Postgraduate in Computer Science or Information Technology
