- SQL Query knowledge
- Communication to be good
- Cross trained in IFS
- One internal evaluation and if selected then will have to undergo client interview
- Post onboarding the associate needs to undergo a classroom training in Bangalore for 3 weeks and thereafter would have flexibility to work at any location where we have Tech M presence
