Roles and Responsibilities :

1. Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable, and secure software applications using Java and Spring Boot.
2. Implement and manage microservices architecture to ensure efficient and reliable service delivery.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
4. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to best practices.
5. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications to ensure optimal performance.
6. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
7. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation.
8. Independently deliver assignments, ensuring high quality and timely completion.

Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of hands-on experience in Java development.
2. Strong expertise in Spring Boot and microservices architecture. Proven ability to design and implement scalable and secure software solutions.
3. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
4. Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies and frameworks.
5. Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies.
6. Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.
7. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
