Job Title: Java Spring Boot Tech Lead (4-6 Years Experience)

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Java Spring Boot Tech Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience in Java development with a strong focus on Spring Boot. As a Tech Lead, you will play a critical role in leading and mentoring a team of developers, architecting solutions, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. This role combines technical expertise with leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

? Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of developers,

ensuring best practices, code quality, and on-time project delivery.

? SystemArchitecture: Collaborate with architects to design and implement scalable and

maintainable software systems using Java and Spring Boot.

? Development: Write high-quality code and review code contributed by team members,

actively participating in software development tasks.

? Mentorship: Mentor and train junior developers, fostering their growth and development

within the team.

? Project Management: Collaborate with project managers to plan and manage project

timelines, resource allocation, and deliverables.

? CodeReviews: Perform regular code reviews, enforce coding standards, and provide

constructive feedback to team members.

? Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve complex technical issues and provide technical

support to the team as needed.

? Documentation: Ensure proper documentation of code, architecture, and technical solutions

for future reference.

? Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including QA, DevOps, and

product management, to ensure seamless project execution.

? Innovation: Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies, and recommend the adoption of new tools and practices to improve development processes.

Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.- 4-6 years of professional experience in Java development with a strong focus on Spring Boot.- Proven experience in leading and mentoring development teams.- Strong understanding of software design principles, microservices architecture, and RESTful APIs.- Proficiency in database design and SQL.- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools is a plus.- Relevant certifications in Java and Spring Boot are a plus.
