Position Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Java Developer to join our team at Infopark, Kochi. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in Java development and will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Java-based applications. You will work closely with the development team to build scalable and efficient solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Java Development : Design, develop, and maintain Java applications, ensuring high performance, scalability, and security.
• Code Optimization : Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code. Continuously improve application performance and enhance existing functionalities.
• Requirement Analysis : Collaborate with business analysts, product managers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver suitable technical solutions.
• Troubleshooting and Debugging : Diagnose and resolve software defects, troubleshoot issues, and provide quick fixes and improvements.
• Testing & Quality Assurance : Write unit tests and work with the QA team to ensure quality delivery and continuous integration.
• Documentation : Maintain detailed documentation for developed code and processes for future reference.
• Team Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, testers, and project managers, to ensure effective project delivery.

Key Requirements:

• Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience : Minimum 1 year of experience in Java development.
• Skills :
• Strong proficiency in Java and object-oriented programming concepts.
• Knowledge of Java frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, or Java EE.
• Familiarity with database management systems like MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle.
• Understanding of RESTful web services and APIs.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Good understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
• Problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
