We are currently seeking a Java Developer to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana (IN-TG), India (IN).

Position Summary

This position will be a member of the ESI Service Delivery System team, reporting directly to the Technology Leader in Hyderabad, India. The role will include responsibility in reviewing and providing stable and scalable designs for the current applications that serves as a portal for direct/indirect access to all service delivery systems in the areas of Service, Payroll, NPS, Reporting and includes applications like Siebel, BPMS, BI Reporting, etc. Additionally, the candidate is expected to provide insightful contributions while making decisions on design, technology, infrastructure and performance.

Roles & Responsibilities

\xc2\xa7 Provide technology design and development expertise and consultation, in the development, integration, launch, scaling, and maintenance of new and existing products and solutions

\xc2\xa7 Promote use of innovative new technology and best practices for solution development initiatives

\xc2\xa7 Identifies key application design patterns and standard application frameworks

\xc2\xa7 Provide design directives to junior software developers, including how to construct and integrate software, in order to meet all functional and non-functional requirements

\xc2\xa7 Clearly describe fine-grained components, application programming interfaces and frameworks (development and runtime) of a system based on requirements

Essential Job Functions

\xc2\xa7 5+ years of strong hands on experience in implementing Java 8, J2EE and related Java technologies

\xc2\xa7 Experience in implementing Java Spring Boot, Kubernetes, JavaFX, Multithreading, Microservices

\xc2\xa7 Working experience in jQuery, java script & JS frameworks like Angular JS (6+) & Polymer JS

\xc2\xa7 Good working experience with HTML, CSS & Bootstrap and Web Components

\xc2\xa7 Strong integration knowledge of APIs, Web Services, REST protocol, MSMQ, Pub/Sub, etc.

\xc2\xa7 Hands-on knowledge of PL/SQL and good working experience with Oracle DB or SQL Server

\xc2\xa7 Hands-on experience in Application Performance Tuning

\xc2\xa7 Ability to validate business scenarios with a quick POC

\xc2\xa7 Ability to write & execute Unit Tests and update technical design documents

\xc2\xa7 Should have passion to learn and implement new technologies

\xc2\xa7 Excellent communication and presentation skills

\xc2\xa7 Ability to work with cross-cultural teams in a remote management environment

\xc2\xa7 Strong knowledge on DevOps & Agile Methodologies
