Your role will entail working closely with our development team to gather requirements, analyze and troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions that meet the needs of our clients.Key Responsibilities:- Design and develop high-quality, efficient, and secure software applications using Java and related technologies- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, and provide technical expertise and guidance throughout the development process- Design and implement software solutions that align with best practices and industry standards- Troubleshoot and resolve issues and bugs, and ensure the smooth and timely delivery of projects- Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality and performance meet standards and requirements- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, and continuously improve skills and knowledge- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our development processes and methodologies- Support and maintain existing software applications, identify and implement opportunities for optimization and enhancement.Skills and Qualifications:- Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience as a Java Developer- Strong proficiency in Java and J2EE technologies- Experience with Spring Framework, Hibernate, and/or other Java frameworks- Knowledge and experience with software development tools and technologies such as Git, Maven, and Jenkins- Experience with Agile methodologies- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities- Self-motivated and able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectivelyInterested candidates are requested to share their updated CV at- amit.kr@adminlooks.com or can also WhatsApp their CV at- +91 9560644974
