As part of an agile team, you will drive forward various digital client onboarding and self-service relationship modification use-cases on a modern innovative and creative platform As an agile application developer, you will work closely with the existing team to learn the current application architecture, design, and understand its functionalities and complexities We are offering you the chance to design, develop and modify software systems to meet new requirements and improve the existing implementation and performance Further you will closely align with our Business and IT partners, analyze the product requirements and determine the approach to implement together with architects You will develop application code in the most optimal way, ensuring both performance and security and you will optimize development through automation Your future colleagues The Swiss Bank IT (SB IT) organization is responsible for developing, maintaining, and strategically transforming the Swiss Bank\'s application portfolio in close collaboration with our business sponsors. SB IT applications technical landscape has key technologies like Java, Angular, Spring Boot Microservices, Big-Data and Mainframes related technologies. There are also products like PEGA, Appway and Wealth Manager Platform. We follow Agile and DevOps methodology to efficiently handle the development and delivery of technology The Client Life Cycle (CLC) Value stream within Clients & Channels IT provides end-to-end solutions and business capabilities to digitally onboard Corporates and Individuals to Credit Suisse. CLC Value Stream offers sound business knowledge as well as solution delivery skills to develop and strengthen the Onboarding, Know Your Client (KYC), Client Risk Score (CRS), Partner Data Management (PDM) domain. CLC includes self-service onboarding/updation, mobile onboarding, online verification, KYC/CRS/TAX solutions, on boarding through External Asset Manager (EAM) and Relationship Manager International (RMI). Your skills and experience We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to drive our Digital Workflows customer experience forward by consistently innovating and problem-solving. The ideal candidate is passionate about quality and customer experience, highly motivated, flexible, intellectually curious, analytical, and possesses an entrepreneurial approach. The candidate should offer the following capabilities and experience: A minimum of 6 years of work experience in IT project delivery as developer/technical consultant or an equivalent position Experience in Java, JEE, REST, Spring Core, Spring MVC, Struts, XML, JSON/YML Experience with various integration protocols, including different kinds of Web Service integration frameworks Experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript Track-record of working with BPMN frameworks would be a big plus, preferably Appway Strong knowledge of computer science fundamentals: object-oriented programming, database, design patterns, Web Services, UML and algorithms Self-motivated and initiative personality with a can-do demeanour and the ability to learn quickly Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and value varied perspectives.
