Java Backend Engineer, Chennai/PuneYou will be part of a talented software team that works on mission-critical applications. Roles and responsibilities include enterprise application development while providing expertise in the full software development lifecycle, from concept and design to testing. We're looking for Java Engineers including those with experience in Java Full Stack. If you have a passion for building top-notch, scalable products and have Java experience, we're looking for you to join us in our Chennai Technology Hub!Responsibilities

• Write code to develop flexible and user-friendly applications that can also run on mobile context with responsive design
• Analyze and develop components for Web pages & Reporting
• Ensure the maintainability and quality of code
• Develop application code and unit test cases
• Collaborate with Agile cross-functional teams
• Experience of configuration management tools (GIT), configuration concepts and continuous integration tools (Jenkins / Bamboo)

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 5-15 years of software development experience using Java, J2EE
• Experience in building java based web applications
• Understanding of web frameworks like Struts, Spring etc.,
• Basic understanding of SQL, JDBC concepts will be an added advantage
• Experience in leveraging and using tools like JIRA, Bit Bucket etc.,
• Knowledge of agile software development practices and DevOps
