We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Java Backend Developer with 3-4 years of hands-on experience in implementing projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to work independently, provide effective solutions to clients, and possess a deep understanding of backend development. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage tasks efficiently and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable backend systems using Java.
• Collaborate with front-end developers and other team members to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Implement and maintain RESTful APIs and other web services.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality standards.
• Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and provide effective technical solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-4 years of professional experience as a Java Backend Developer.
• Strong proficiency in Java and related frameworks (e.g., Spring, Hibernate).
• Hands-on experience in implementing projects from concept to deployment.
• Experience with database systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with clients and provide technical solutions.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Knowledge of microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
