Contribute to backend service development and enhancements with a focus on scalability, reliability, and performance. Work across multiple tech stacks, including

Java/Spring

. Participate in team-based development from understanding business challenges to proposing and implementing effective solutions. Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code with appropriate logging and observability practices. Take part in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement of team practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape architectural decisions and development workflows.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years

of hands-on experience as a

Backend

or

Full Stack Engineer

. Proficient in

Java/Spring

and

Node.js/JavaScript

technologies. Solid understanding of the full software development lifecycle and core computer science concepts. Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills. Effective communicator with a collaborative mindset. Comfortable participating in team-level decisions, balancing technical needs with customer and business priorities.
