- Designing, developing, and maintaining backend services and applications using Java technologies.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Writing clean, efficient, and maintainable code that meets design and architectural standards.
- Implementing and integrating third-party APIs and services as needed.
- Optimizing performance and scalability of backend systems through code optimization, caching mechanisms, and database tuning.
- Conducting code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting production issues.
- Documenting technical designs, processes, and procedures.
- Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Java Backend Developer or similar role, with a minimum of 4.5 years of hands-on experience in Java development.
- Proficiency in Java programming language and related frameworks (e.g., Spring, Spring Boot) .
- Strong understanding of object-oriented design principles, data structures, and algorithms.
- Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
