We are seeking a dedicated Application Support Specialist to provide technical support and maintenance for business-critical software applications. You will be the first point of contact for troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving application issues, ensuring smooth and efficient operation. This role requires excellent communication skills, technical proficiency, and a customer-focused approach to problem solving.
Provide Technical Support: Respond to and resolve application-related issues, user queries, and incidents in a timely manner through email, phone, or ticketing system.
Incident Management: Identify, diagnose, and troubleshoot technical issues within applications and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams or external vendors when necessary.
Monitor Systems: Continuously monitor application performance and system alerts, ensuring optimal uptime and functionality.
Application Maintenance: Assist in the deployment of application updates, patches, and upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to users.
Root Cause Analysis: Investigate recurring problems, perform root cause analysis, and suggest long-term solutions to prevent future incidents.
Documentation Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of application procedures, issue resolutions, and changes for future reference.
User Training:Provide support and training to end users on system functionality and best practices, as required.
Collaboration Work closely with development, infrastructure, and other technical teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of applications.
