• GMG code releases will contain functionality enhancement and new features wherever required for ISO20022 migration. This role provides good opportunity for SWIFT messaging.
• Working on Java development as an individual contributor.
• Design: Participate in the technical design
• Coding: Analyse and develop code as per specifications.
• Reviews: Participate in review of design/code/test plan and test results
• Testing: Prepare unit test plans, Conduct unit testing.
• Support: Provide post development level 3 support.
• Attend various meetings with various teams and stakeholders
• Good team player, collaborate and assist junior team members.

RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Minimum 6-10 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in Java development.
• Hands on experience on Java programming as an individual contributor.
• Must have skills: Core java, Advance java J2EE, Springboot, REST API, Oracle database SQL, Linux.
• Tooling experience: Jenkins, Maven, GIT etc.
• Working experience in Agile.
• Good communication skills, be able to talk to a variety of stakeholders including senior members.

The successful candidate will also meet the following requirements:

• IBM WebSphere MQ
• IBM WebSphere application server (WAS)
• Shell scripting.
• EJB
• Docker
• Kubernetes
• Kafka
