Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

• Software Development: Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality software applications using Java and Oracle technologies.
• Database Management: Perform complex database design, implementation, and maintenance using Oracle databases.
• Code Review and Quality Assurance: Conduct code reviews, ensure adherence to coding standards, and participate in quality assurance processes to deliver robust and scalable solutions.
• System Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate software components and third-party systems effectively.
• Performance Optimization: Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize applications and databases for maximum efficiency.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for software design, development, and deployment processes.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner to minimize downtime and ensure system reliability.
• Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience: 6+ years of hands-on experience in Java development and Oracle database management.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in Java, including Java EE, Spring Framework, Hibernate, and other related technologies.
• Extensive experience with Oracle databases, including SQL, PL/SQL, and performance tuning.
• Strong understanding of database design principles, normalization, and data modeling.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Angular is a plus.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools such as Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.

Pay: ?100,000.00 - ?120,000.00 per month
