Hi,Role: Japanese TranslatorYears of experience: 6+Location: Bangalore / MumbaiDescription:JD for Bilingual Person(JAPAN)]
- Document translation tasks (Requirements, Designs, e-mails, Tickets, Error information, etc.) from English to Japanese language and vice versa.
- May require interpretation service during conferences or meetings with counterparts, clients, and vendors.
- Provide first line of support and resolves simple to complex technical and non-technical issues reported by users or systems.
- Perform quality audit and translations.
- Initiate and implement Quality Assurance and process improvement activities.
- Assist in Capability Development of bilinguals by conducting coaching or language training activities.
- Research, compile and learn business, tools, and technical terminologies.
- Use and contribute into strengthening translation tools to increase productivity.
- Work with teams and diverse range of people.
- Localization testing using Japanese language.
