We are looking for a Home chef in Bungalow (Chairman Home)
A home chef who prepares Japanese and Thai cuisine might have responsibilities
Preparing authentic dishes : Create and cook authentic Thai dishes, including sushi, appetizers, main courses, and desserts
Developing new recipes : Experiment with recipes and suggest new ingredients
Presenting dishes attractively : Ensure that dishes are presented in an appealing way.
Adapting recipes : Modify recipes to meet customers' needs, such as reducing salt or removing dairy
Ensuring quality : Ensure that food is prepared to high standards of quality, visual appeal, and consistency.
Maintaining inventory : Monitor food stock and place orders, and restock ingredients
Maintaining cleanliness : Clean up the kitchen and station, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Minimum 10+yrs to 20+ yrs experience in Japanese and Thai cuisine
Qualification: Diploma or degree in Hotel management
