Designation: Regional Sales Manager/Zonal Sales Manager

Roles and responsibilities:
Responsible for selling the product range in private and government Hospitals.
Responsible for driving revenue and profitability goals of a region across all customer segments.
Identify, develop & manage different channels of business in the area.
Responsible for developing, monitoring sales activities and implementing corrective actions to achieve targets.
Identify market development opportunities and increase unit growth, profitability and category share for assigned customers.
Ensure a programmatic engagement between the company and Key account.
Set short- and long-term sales strategies and targets for the team, evaluate effectiveness. Determine annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results
Maintain sales volume, product mix.
Sell to existing and potential direct accounts as well as provide sales support to distribution partners to participate in closing and order or to facilitate and add value to the selling process
Continually develop knowledge of the business climate, applications and competition for his/her defined geography and accounts.
Provide technical information and explanations.
Work Closely with the Clinical Affairs department in supporting post marketing surveillance activities.
Understand Government Business and identify opportunities to gain entry into Govt Projects & Hospital Sales
Skills:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent degree
Minimum 2-4 years\' prior industry related business development experience
Relevant experience in OBGYN medical device industry
Willing to work with a start-up
Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
Focused and goal-oriented
