Job Description

Job Summary:



The Business Development Associate / Manager is responsible for driving business growth by building and maintaining relationships with gynecologists, general practitioners, and other healthcare professionals. This role involves organizing and participating in camps, Continuing Medical Education (CME) events, and other outreach activities to promote the center's services

Key Responsibilities:



Relationship Building:



Establish and maintain strong relationships with gynecologists, general doctors, and other key healthcare professionals to increase patient referrals. Regularly visit clinics, hospitals, and healthcare facilities to promote IVF's services.

Business Development:



Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the center's reach and increase patient intake. Implement strategies to achieve business growth targets, focusing on increasing referral rates and service awareness.

Event Coordination:



Plan, organize, and execute health camps, CMEs, and other outreach programs to promote the center's services. Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure successful event execution and follow-up on leads generated from these activities.

Market Research:



Conduct market research to understand the competitive landscape and identify potential opportunities for business growth. Monitor industry trends and patient needs to inform the development of new services or packages.

Reporting and Analysis:



Track and report on business development activities, including visits, events, and new leads. Analyze the effectiveness of outreach activities and provide insights for improvement.

Collaboration:



Work closely with the marketing team to align business development efforts with overall marketing strategies. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless patient experience from referral to treatment.

Qualifications:



Experience:

2-4 years of experience in business development or sales in the fertility sector.

Skills:



Strong networking and relationship-building skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Ability to organize and manage events effectively. Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
