Description Position Overview: We are actively seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior IVF Consultant to play a pivotal role in the establishment and leadership of fertility services at our new Dhanbad location. This presents a unique opportunity for an ambitious and skilled professional to contribute significantly to the success and growth of ANKURAM IVF. Qualifications and Requirements:

- PG in OG with at least 50 OPU along with 3 yrs Experience in Infertility or MD or DGO or FNB with at least 3 yrs experience.
- Clinical Expertise: Offer expert medical care and advice in the areas of reproductive health, infertility, and assisted reproductive technologies.
- IVF Procedures: Take charge of overseeing and actively participating in IVF procedures, ensuring strict adherence to established protocols and maintaining the highest standards of care.
- Patient Consultations: Conduct thorough patient consultations, including diagnosis, treatment planning, and providing compassionate support throughout the entire fertility journey. Additionally, the doctor is expected to actively participate in Free Infertility Camps organized periodically in and around Dhanbad.
- Collaboration: Foster collaborative working relationships with a multidisciplinary team, including embryologists, nurses, and support staff, to ensure the seamless delivery of patient care.
- Training and Mentorship: Provide valuable guidance and mentorship to junior medical staff, promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
- Quality Assurance: Implement and uphold rigorous quality assurance measures to guarantee the utmost standards of patient safety and care.
- Community Engagement: Actively participate in community outreach programs and educational initiatives to raise awareness about fertility-related issues and the comprehensive services offered by ANKURAM IVF.
