Job Role of Ad Sales :- Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow up.- Achieving and exceeding KPIs set by the Manager.- Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback.- Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients.- Gathering feedback and translating them back to the team.- Well versed with Media Clients and Agencies (B2B advertising on our company website).- Have retail, Gov, Education client base in designated locations.- Identify research and target potential business prospects towards increasing the market share.- Need to work closely with the Media clients and agencies.- Develop existing acquisition.- Media Experience is must.Qualifications :- You have at least 5+ year experience within a Business Development (B2B) or Sales/Key Account Management role, ideally within the Digital/TV industry.- You have prior experience in dealing with Sales Prospects.- Have a strong experience within consultative sales and possess the ability to prospect and manage relationships.- Must possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.- Strong networker & relationship builder, with good and tactful negotiation skills.
