Description:
The BPS Analyst monitors and measures relevant performance metrics to assess the performance of IT resources and optimizes performance through process improvement activities. The job requires management of the lifecycle of Secured Logons business functions including the migration of these access objects from SL to Azure Active Directory which includes adhering to the standard change management process association with turns of this nature. performs identity and access management tasks related to the management and updating overall access catalog. The job also creates and maintains user roles, including the membership identities and entitlements of roles, based on the nature of the risk-based users attributes, responsibilities, and behaviors. The job manages the creation and composition of roles and entitlements within the IT systems and ensures regular review and validation of the existing access catalog, including all roles and entitlements. Identifies role entitlement inconsistencies and provides resolution. The BPS Analyst work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action. The BPS Analyst devises measures and targets to assess and optimize the performance of IT functions, services, projects and any related improvement initiative. Identifies and analyzes performance measures and metrics, develops and maintains balanced scorecards and dashboards, and evaluates and monitors performance in IT-related areas. May include network performance management, application performance management (APM), (operating) system performance management (physical and virtual/cloud) and business transactions performance. Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas. Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed. Follows established guidelines/procedures. Required Qualifications - Bachelor\'s degree
Less than 5 years of technical experience
Experience in problem analysis and process documentation
Experience with Microsoft office suite
Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences. Knowledge of Secured Logon
