The role provides a compelling opportunity to join a growing team in a dynamic, global technology company.As the ITSM Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in crafting our ITSM product offerings.You will be responsible for driving the strategy and execution of our ITSM (ServiceNow) Product portfolio. You will collaborate with diverse and multi-role teams, including our (internal) customers, our development, design, engineering and delivery teams to deliver innovative solutions that will keep transforming the ITSM experiences across LSEG.The role is responsible for delivering outstanding value and experiences to our colleagues and customers through excellence in ITSM (ServiceNow) product management and execution and is pivotal in supporting our vision for a fully digitised London Stock Exchange Group.The role has three primary areas of responsibility:To engage directly with our ITSM (internal) customers to understand their needs and problems, to collect requirements and to agree priorities, and ensure that product development is aligned with their expectations.To develop and implement a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap for IT Service Management (ServiceNow), aligning with business goals and internal customer demands.To deliver successful outcomes for ITSM (ServiceNow) across the product lifecycle, and successfully contribute to the Groupxe2x80x99s digitial transformation.The role serves as a vital link between our (internal) customer base for the ITSM (ServiceNow) Product and the platform and product delivery teams across the Enterprise Service Management ecosystem. * Tech Profile/Essential SkillsProven experience in Product Owner or Product Manager roles with ServiceNow ITSM and/or ITOM.Have demonstrable experience of working on at least three separate, ServiceNow product implementations in global organisations.6+ years of project, program and/or product management or delivery experience within enterprise organisations.Proven experience working in an enterprise IT Service Management environment.Possess a pro-active, customer-focused approach, and have a passion for the continuous pursuit excellence.Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Have the adaptability to work under changing work scenarios and a pro-active approach to dealing with challenges.Have the ability and confidence to positively challenge the customer requirements to seek better solutions and outcomes.Have the ability to prioritise their workload and that of their teams, and the ability to meet deadlines under pressure.Have the ability to promptly identify and escalate issues which may affect the scope, quality, or timeliness of objectives.Have a strong focus on delivery quality and a high attention to detail.Have proven experience working in an enterprise organisation.Proactively develop and maintain ServiceNow product knowledge and/or certifications.LSEG is a leading global financial markets infrastructure and data provider.
