• Release management and Governance (G&RM) for the production changes
• Change management and Incident Management
• Create/track/complete ITSA, Cyber, Data Governance activitie
• Create/track/complete the Release plans
• Analyse the release scope Requirements, finalise the type of release and governance needed
• Conduct in the implementation walk-through with the stakeholders
• Write G&RM approach/strategy for a marker or big programs
• Conduct the releases starting 2/3 AM IST (or until 12/1 AM IST) as required by the project
• Conduct PIR for failed releases
• Work closely with IT/Business leadership for change management approvals
• Create, track jira stories/tasks for G&RM, share dashboards, reporting (weeklymonthly)
• Gain Open Banking Knowledge

RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• 5-8 years of experience in governance and releases management in Finance institutions
• Experience on ITSA, Cyber etc
• Experience on SNOW portal for change management and cyber enagements.
• Strong communications skills (verbal and written)
• Experience on AWS projects will be preferred
• Knowledge of data governance will be an added advantage.
