• The IT/OT Solution Architect position within the Client Practice Team will be responsible for solutioning IT/OT requirements as per customer demands.
• This role will support solution and technical architects in both the IT (Information Technology) and OT (Operational Technology) domains and continue to build out an advanced architecture practice.
• The role is crucial in developing the organization\'s future vision, product roadmaps, and value stream roadmaps, as well as driving innovation in technology to deliver forward-looking solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand and collaborate with management to set team goals that translate into actionable plans.
• Collaborate with key business and IT stakeholders to identify technology needs and opportunities, providing effective solutions.
• Lead the design and development of complex IT/OT solutions aligning with business goals and industry best practices.
• Provide strategic guidance and technical leadership to cross-functional teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Architect scalable, resilient, and secure IT/OT systems considering high availability, disaster recovery, and data integrity.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of business requirements, technical constraints, and regulatory/compliance standards.
• Define architectural standards, frameworks, and methodologies for IT/OT projects.
• Mentor and coach junior architects and engineering teams.
• Evaluate emerging technologies, tools, and platforms for IT/OT solutions.
• Lead vendor evaluations, negotiations, and partnerships.
• Drive the evolution of IT/OT architectures promoting modernization, automation, and optimization.
• Manage risks, issues, and dependencies related to IT/OT projects.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity experts to implement robust security controls.
• Engage with regulatory bodies, industry forums, and standards organizations to stay updated on IT/OT trends.
• Participate in executive-level meetings to communicate IT/OT strategies, progress, and outcomes.

Technical Expertise:

• Deep understanding of IT and OT systems including network infrastructure, servers, storage, databases, industrial control systems (ICS), SCADA, PLCs, and HMI systems.
• Proficiency in designing and implementing IT/OT integration solutions.
• Experience with industrial automation technologies.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices relevant to IT/OT environments.
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms and their applicability to IT/OT deployments.
• Expertise in designing fault-tolerant, high-availability IT/OT architectures.
• Proficient in software development methodologies and languages.
• Experience with data analytics, machine learning, and AI technologies.
• Knowledge of industrial protocols and standards.
• Expertise in performance tuning, monitoring, and troubleshooting of IT/OT systems.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards applicable to IT/OT solutions.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of diversified IT and OT experience.
• 3+ years of experience leading IT and OT solutions.
• Strong understanding of IT and OT Portfolio and Agile management is preferred.
