Job Overview:
We are hiring a dynamic Recruiter with 3+ years of experience in the US Recruitment Process. The ideal candidate should have min. 3+ years of recruitment handling experience and be able to manage and bring great results from our business flow.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Handle both IT & Non-IT recruitments, W2, and C2C requirements.
• Drive recruitment efforts, set goals, and benchmarks for the team.
• Implement and improve strategic hiring procedures.
• Collaborate with HR to confirm hiring needs.
• Utilize various sourcing techniques: job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Develop job descriptions and postings.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
• Set social media communication strategies for different job profiles.
• Exhibit professionalism, integrity, and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
