• Talent Acquisition: Handle end-to-end recruitment processes for both IT and Non-IT positions.
• Sourcing Candidates: Use various channels such as job portals, social media, and networking to identify potential candidates.
• Screening: Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates\' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Database Management: Maintain and update candidate databases regularly.
• Job Postings: Create and manage job postings on various platforms.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
• Market Research: Keep up-to-date with market trends and recruitment strategies.
• Offer Management: Assist in the negotiation and management of offers and employment contracts.

• Strong understanding of IT and Non-IT recruitment processes.
• Proficiency in using recruitment tools and job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Bachelor\'s degree in any discipline (Human Resources or related field preferred).

• Candidates with experience in both IT and Non-IT recruitment will be preferred.
• Knowledge of recruitment tools and techniques is essential.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
