Job Description

This role requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership, and communication skills to effectively manage IT infrastructure and ensure smooth operations across the organization. Good knowledge of networking and ability to handle local LAN & WAN installation and maintenance. You should be an IT Graduate/PG /Diploma in Computers with a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in IT and networking.

Certifications: MCSE/CCNA/CCNP certification would be an added advantage.



Responsibilities :


• Provide high-level IT support at the corporate office and project execution venues as needed.
• Install, configure, and update operating systems and other applications.
• Support, maintain, and troubleshoot various IT hardware including desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
• Provide support for Windows OS and standard office automation software.
• Manage firewall, servers, leased lines, antivirus software, NAS, and regular backups.
• Implement and manage regular backup policies and ensure data and server protection.
• Maintain server rooms, UPS systems, and other devices in the server room.
• Implement and manage virtualization technologies and cloud storage for festivals, projects, and office files with appropriate security protocols.
• Advise and maintain security of Teamwork Arts' database and ensure offsite safe storage of sensitive data.
• Administer G Suite for email maintenance through Google.
• Possess proficient knowledge and understanding of Mac systems, maintenance, and backups.
• Resolve user calls related to desktops and laptops.
• Update antivirus tools periodically on employee machines and maintain software license compliance.
• Manage vendors, source necessary equipment, and handle AMC management where necessary.
• Maintain inventory details of all IT assets.
• Update technical support documents, IT reports, and policies.
• Implement short-term projects including IT, LAN, and Wi-Fi setups at offsite venues as required.
• Advise, update, and implement video conferencing and other similar requirements.
• Configure and maintain CISCO switches, routers, and VLANs.




Key Skills required for the job: -
• Good knowledge of networking and ability to handle local LAN & WAN installation and maintenance.
• Proficient knowledge of operating systems such as Windows 7, Windows 8, and Windows Server 2008.
• Proficient understanding of MAC systems.
• Good knowledge in firewall maintenance and updates.
• Excellent English communication skills and proficiency in communication with third parties, vendors, etc.
• Work experience in handling a mid-sized office with 60-75 employees.
• Good knowledge and skills in data protection, understanding firewall threats, and remedies against cyber attacks.
