About the department Global Information Security, GBS is an area within Digital Data and IT GBS. Global Information Security, GBS is an integral part of Global Information Security Organisation of Novo Nordisk which is headed by the CISO (Chief Information Security Officer) and consists of two main areas: Global Security Operations (GSO) and Global Information Security Advisory (GISA). In GIS (Global Information Security) GBS (Global Business service), we work closely with Global Information Security organisation in defining and executing on strategy to support the digital journey of Novo Nordisk by ensuring smooth operations of SOC, Service Management, advisory support, Security Mailbox, and various other Information Security functions. The position The Position will have Advisory responsibility for Global Security Mailbox (Single point of entry to Security World for complete Novo Nordisk). You will also be responsible for shaping the future of mailbox by using automation techniques, Security Dispensation and will have high interaction level with IT Security team in IN, DK, US and Customers at all levels of the organization. Additionally, you will be responsible for: Enabling smooth experience for end users\' queries, bringing user needs Infront of Global Security Management based on data analysis and supports IT Security Global Projects and Advisory. You will Contribute to IT Security in process improvement. Responsible for updating Banned software list, shaping the SharePoint page along with other colleagues in GIS. Security Mailbox (Single entry point to Security world for end users) which includes Stakeholder Management, Coordination with various departments, Vendor Management, request in mailbox can be received across the Organisation Handle GISP dispensation - requests, Decision Authority to approve/reject dispensation request, Day to day co-ordination with IT Security architects, GSO and GITO. Communicate IT Security Risk, Solution, standards, and vulnerability with users, Record/Approve manage It Security exceptions for IT Security controls and analyse Banned software list and present new categories to GIS Mgmt. for approval. Qualification Bachelor or similar graduate degree field in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration combined with additional relevant IT and business experience. 7+ years of IT experience. 3+ years\' experience in Service/Change/Release/Project Management. Good understanding of ITIL processes. Basic knowledge on Security Tools and technologies. Keen to learn and excel in Security landscape. Bachelor or similar graduate degree field in Engineering, Computer Science. Strong track record in handling Customer Interactions. Excellent Communication is required.
