• Qualification xe2x80x93 bachelorxe2x80x99s in engineering or equivalent degree
• Ideal candidate should have a minimum of 8+ yearsxe2x80x99 experience including but not limited to IT Service Management & IT operations management.
• Minimum of 2+ years relevant experience in process design, documentation of workflows and functional requirement gathering.
• Candidates who can join immediately or within 15 days preferred.

Desirable qualities:

• ITIL foundation (Mandatory) Intermediate (Preferred) with excellent knowledge on Configuration Management, Release Management, Knowledge Management and Problem Management.
• Must have previous experience of overall IT Service design and workflow including but not limited to (Configuration Management, Release Management, Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management and Knowledge Management)
• Hands on experience in Manage Engine (preferred) or any ITSM tool
